IRCAN core funding is provided by University Côte d'AzurCNRS and INSERM.

Our team was awarded major national and international grants: an INSERM Avenir Grant (2010-2012), and a Starting Grant from the European Research Council (ERC, 2010-2014). 

Current research projects are supported by the French Foundation for Medical Research (Team FRM), by the National Agency for Research (ANR RETROMET, ANR ImpacTE and ANR ActiveLINE projects and Labex Signalife), by the National Institute of Cancer, by the Canceropole PACA, by Inserm (Cross-cutting program on Genome Variability), by CNRS (French network on transposable elements, GDR 3546), and by University Cote d'Azur (Labex UCA-JEDI).

Past research projects were supported by Canceropole PACA, the ARC Foundation for Cancer Research, the French Foundation for Medical Research (FRM), the National Cancer Institute (INCa), the ITMO Cancer, the INSERM Avenir program, the European Research Council (ERC).

Postdocs and PhD students from the lab have obtained fellowships from local, national and international organizations, such as: INSERM, University Cote d'Azur, the City of Nice, the French Ministry for Research and Higher Education, Erasmus Mundus Asia, the European Organization of Molecular Biology (EMBO), and the French League Against Cancer (LNCC).
